Decadent Dragon Fruit Smoothie
A delicious smoothie that is loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals perfect for any time of day.
- 1 cup Organic Frozen Dragon Fruit allow to slightly thaw
- 8 ounces Organic Coconut Milk or any non dairy milk
- 2 scoops Plant Based Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
Allow Dragon Fruit to thaw slightly before mixingPut all ingredients in blenderBlend until smooth and enjoy! If desired, top with: Chia seedsShredded Coconut Blueberries
This is one of my favorite smoothies to make and serve. It is simply delicious and everyone that has tried it, loves it.
I love starting my day with such a nutrient dense (and beautiful) meal that gives me energy and keeps me full.
I choose organic ingredients when ever possible and read labels. I use a high quality vanilla plant based protein powder.
